Endeavour Academy — Course Terms and Conditions.

1. Course fee & payment.

The Advanced Exercise Coach course costs €2,500 if paid in full or €3,000 if paid by instalments. Both prices include teaching, learning materials, assessments and the placement component described in the course information. If you choose instalments, we will provide the amount and due date of each payment in writing before you enrol. Any additional fee, including a resit or external registration fee, will be identified before you commit to it.

2. Applications and places.

Course places are limited and offered subject to the course entry requirements and an application consultation. A place is reserved once we confirm your acceptance and receive the agreed initial payment. Please check the entry requirements and course timetable before paying.

3. Attendance and participation.

You must attend and actively participate in at least 80% of scheduled workshops to be eligible to sit the final examinations. Non-participation counts as non-attendance. Attending fewer than 80% of workshops means you cannot sit the final examinations for that intake. If you miss a workshop, you may arrange with classmates to share notes through the Academy messaging forum or learning platform. Notes do not replace attendance or practical participation. Tell us promptly if illness, disability or serious personal circumstances affect your ability to take part so that we can discuss appropriate arrangements. Students must follow the Academy’s published Code of Ethics and reasonable rules on professional conduct, punctuality and participation. These will be supplied before enrolment.

4. Student cancellation before the course starts.

Tell us in writing at barry@endeavourgym.ie if you wish to withdraw. Subject to any cancellation right you have under Irish law, we will refund the following proportion of the course fees you have paid, including any deposit, based on when we receive your notice:

For clarity, if you paid €2,500 in full and cancel seven weeks before the start date, the scheduled refund is €1,750. If you paid €500 towards an instalment plan, the scheduled refund at that point is €350.

5. Withdrawal after the course starts.

Contact us in writing if you need to withdraw after the course begins. We will review any refund or outstanding payment in light of the teaching already delivered, your circumstances, our reasonable costs and your rights under Irish law. We will confirm the outcome and calculation in writing. Missing classes or failing to meet the attendance requirement does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

6. Illness and exceptional circumstances.

If documented illness or serious personal circumstances prevent you from starting or completing the course, contact us as soon as possible. We will consider whether a deferral, repeating part or all of the course, or an alternative examination arrangement is appropriate. These options are assessed individually; we will tell you about any fee before you agree to an arrangement.

Please do not attend while you may transmit an infectious illness to others. Contact us about the missed session instead.

7. Changes or cancellation by Endeavour Academy.

If we change the course start date, you may accept the new date or receive a full refund of the course fees you have paid. If we cancel the course, we will refund course fees paid.

We will give as much notice as reasonably possible of any necessary change to workshop dates or times after the course starts and will explain the replacement arrangements. Your rights under Irish law remain unaffected.

8. Statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Irish consumer law. If you enrol online or by phone, statutory withdrawal rights may apply; we will provide any required information about those rights before taking payment.
