  • Our primary goal is to help our students develop into incredible Coaches and Personal Trainers, who can be confident in their skills in the gym environment.

  • Graduates of our personal trainer courses may find employment as a self-employed / freelance coaches, or be part of a semi-private or private coaching facility.

Business Administration

Our business Administration module prepares students to operate their own personal training business or perform critical roles, such as correct risk screening and client consultations.

We achieve this through repetition, having the students design their own forms and processes, then role playing to test their effectiveness

Module 2

Functional Anantomy

The Functional Anatomy module sets the student up with the pre-requisite exercise science needed to excel within the fitness industry. Students will gain a functional understanding of topics such as levers, energy supply and how these impact exercise.

Module 3

Nutrition

The nutrition module covers a broad spectrum of topics. Students will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition, including: nutrients and hydration, how to analyse a clients food intake and how to properly implement effective nutrition strategies.

Mindset

The mindset module covers important topics such as goal setting, effective strategies for motivation, behaviour change and effectively dealing with relapse.

Module 5

Fitness Testing

The fitness testing module aims to equip the coach with an effective battery of tests, to assess each aspect of the clients fitness, ultimately allowing the coach to programme effective training, aimed at improving the clients health and performance.

Module 6

Training + Programming

Our Training and programming module, provides a step by step process for new coaches to start programming for their clients. During this module, we learn how to perform 100's of exercises with different implements, such as Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and conditioning tools such as, treadmills, rowers and ski ergs.

Module 7

Intern block

Work Experience

 During these dedicated learning blocks, students will get the opportunity to take part in Endeavour Gyms exercise programme. Here they will get to experience the service from the clients perspective, shadow our coaches and ultimately gain experience coaching our members.
